Wild Dagga is apparently legal everywhere apart from Israel, so I hope it's okay to mention here.

I've read it goes really well with weed and can enhance the buzz. Some say you can smoke it on its own for a weed-like buzz, only different if that makes any sense but it seems like it's best when mixed with green.

Anyone smoke wild dagga flowers? Please share your experiences/opinions. Was thinking about growing some dagga as a tobacco substitute in my j's.

I've never understood mixing fine herb with anything.I like the flavor of my herb as much as the buzz... Dank nugs on clean glass....the only way to burn.JMHO But no...never even heard of Dagga.

doesnt taste very well...Hard bitter herb. It does give you a nice calming effect, but nothing profound like that of cannabis. Does okay for anxiety, but I would never mix the two.

There are a few plants that can be called Dagga, I have smoked one of them - Leonotis Leonurus (probably wrong spelling) it is commonly called Lion's Tails and grows long thin red flowers that are supposed to look like a Lion's tail. Tasted not too bad but didn't have much effect.

Yeah, that's the stuff, very pretty plant, I had a packet of seeds but can't find them. They are easy to find in the UK though and really cheap. I nicked the flowers I smoked from a friend of my mother's garden! lol I used to do all her garden work for her and recognised the plant so nabbed a flower head.

hehehehe, nice one BH. Might get some seeds....got some catha edulis (sp?) going right now, might try some dagga. The tobacco is about to go and smoking pure joints is just too much (in volume - I can't grow it fast enough!) so this might be a nicer padding...

Any marijuana plant grown indoors or out in south africa, is also called "dagga". hence the nick i use. thought i would just share that as well.

try using trim instead of tobbaco ,,its how i quit cigs ,it weans u off nicotine and prepares u for smoking pure

Cheers man, but I can totally handle pure....I just go through WAY too much ganja when I do!! Plus I'm a big believer of the "ceiling" theory....where you can only get so much THC in at any one time before you hit the ceiling...and then you can smoke 5oz and only get a teeny weeny bit higher, or passed out.

I'm also going to need nicotine patches for the first week to stop me turning feral/wolverine/evil....!
