As for the laws where you live......I don't worry about them here. I just strive to be as diligent as I can possibly be in my security. This can be a dangerous game we play anthony. You HAVE TO understand that completely before you get growing. The "other side" will lie, cheat, and break all the laws to find you if they even hear of you growing. Do your homework!! I'm not trying to scare you. I just want you to understand that ANY loophole you allow in your security leaves a possibility for you to go to jail. The cops play for KEEPS, so should you. Can you keep your grow a secret from everyone you know? Even those that you think wouldn't tell on you, can be made to do so, if the cops put enough pressure on them. Just be smart man, and you'll do fine. Never EVER tell anyone...no not that guy either....NO ONE!! Good growing, anthony.

Anthony - the way I see it is this...(and each to his own on this stuff, YMMV etc) - if you're growing for percy and you get nicked, it's trouble but not jail. If you're growing to sell, it's big trouble probably jail. Keep it to whatever you need to smoke and should the shit hit the fan it won't be as bad....that's the view I'm taking. Don't let it get out of hand and keep the smells under control....

in my opinion you will def not get jail time

6 plants,its hardly a mass commercial operation

it is clearly a personal grow with 6 plants unless they are the size of these american outdoor bushes

look up ccnewz(uk weed newspaper) they used to have loads of uk articles saying what happened to people geting nicked
it was only big guys going down or stupid people with scales tick list and all sorts
so honestly dude i would not worry

that being said take precautions
dont tell anyone
keep place tidy
no obvious stuff left with rubish
pay bills on time
make sure your carbon is working properly with no smells
and so on

If you are unlucky enough to get caught, never deviate from the line 'It was all for my own consumption'. Don't admit you give it to friends either (I'm sure you know this already).

I've got a set of tanitas that I used when I used to trade rocks and fossils (and now I use to weight up piranha powder). I've also got a pile of baggies from previous scores. If the cops came in it might look like I'm a dealer, despite the fact I've never sold a gram in my life. I'm not binning my tanitas!! They're the pucker high accuracy one (gold one)
