I'm going to have a fairly restrictive height in a stealth box I'm working on. Is it possible to tie the plant down after it has been growing for a while? For example, let's say it's day 40 of flower, and it's becoming apparent that the plant is going to hit the roof. Would it be possible to gently tie/bend the plant away from the ceiling?
Of course, I know there's only so far you can go before it will snap, but in general does the plant have enough flex where this would be possible? |

i wouldn't try to tie it down too much. i tried to lst during the whole flowering phase once and my yields went down the shitter. it should have enough flex to gently bend it unless you have a short ass bush, then it may be a little more difficult.

if u look at that branch you'll see how i trained it ,this was done at 2 weeks flower ,snapped at the neck, gently squeese stem beetween thumb and forefinger till u feel the inner pulp crush then bend in direction u need to tie down as needed ,,hope that helps |

Good info there hazy(nice pic too!).
Jawnroot you would really do yourself a favor by reading up on LST. There will be articles on it here (if there isn't already...I haven't looked). But in a small grow environment, LST is your best friend! Just remember, the earlier you do it, the more flexible the plant will be. Good Luck. |
