Thank all of you for the views and posts....and complements. Devil it takes a great deal of patience...I usually shoot for 3 to 4 hours in the morning and capturing over 200 images to get four or five I may keep...really! Logic..your PM was stunning..I'm still stunned you would write me about these images in such a manner? As for resist the smell of the Sweet Blue. I'm not sure they could smell it..the birds are in the area as I have 3 feeders around my home and they stop at every flower to take a look. There are usually 30 to 40 birds in the area at one time..It’s a frenzy. They even pause at the BBQ tongs once in awhile. I have a 30 foot shutter release cord..the camera is on a tripod..I get my coffee..get comphy..and start shooting. Urlkle thanks for your concern as a first time poster and welcome...but the images have not been added to other than..the Copyright was added in Photoshop 4.0...the images were color corrected, sharpened slightly, and cropped. That monkey? you are referring to is another humming bird slightly out of focus. The cannabis is from indoors and was cut that morning and placed immediately in a vase of cold water for the shoot, 50 days flowering.. as for the blurred part...there was a yellow object about 4 feet from the bird that showed up on the image as a tiny 1/10 CM blurred dot, if that big. It looked out of place so I smudged it a little but I never thought that would be a huge concern as to the integrity of the entire image. Jagged edge..not sure where you see this but when sharpening an image sometimes the edges take on different characteristics..ussually not blurred though. I don't quite see what you are? As for "clear give away"..I'm not sure I know what you mean? Maybe you could clarify that statement for me? Are you questioning the authenticity of my images? I have been a Pro photographer all my life, over 30 years, currently disabled and a qualified California Med patient. I can not drive and my floral, bird, wildlife, scenic photography I do at my home is my entire life now as well as sharing my images on internet sites where they are appreciated. I hope this clears things up for anyone who may have thought the bird was added or the image manipulated? I am new to this web site and haven't the chance to upload to many of my cannabis images but plan on many more in the future. Members here who recognize me here from other sites can vouch for my being professional and the authenticity of my images. Thanks again for your views and posts..DD
