Thanks for checking this thread out Dr. Sticks. I like the sounds of that phrase you coined "porn in the corn". You can get some really sweet plants in the corn. Plants that rival backyard divas.
It is always best to have multiple small plots or individual plants scattered all about to ensure some will make it through to harvest. It can be tricky to remember though. Don't laugh people because the wilds can be mildly easy to misplace a plot but in the corn you can lose somebody that you walked in with (you can't yell on a mission) so plants can be hard to locate. Better keep a good row count.
One of the clones I am going to run outdoors this year is a Blueberry s1. Here is the story and pics on it.
Blueberry s1
A few years ago I was gifted a Blueberry cut that might be one of the best examples of blueberry around. It has a distinct blueberry flavor that you don’t have to search for. BAM! It is right there on the exhale especially. This cut also has excellent potency. Very indica/sativa mixed with a lot of body and a nice head. You are very relaxed and very stoned.
It was spread around to people with the condition they pass it on to other deserving people. Deserving meaning people that love to grow, share, get high and are nice to people. I grew it outside the first year. It was definitely a keeper. It was a nice yielding plant too. I spread it around to a few people. A couple of them were blueberry freaks and had a keeper but were still looking for the “this taste like blueberries AND fucks me up” cut. They both loved this and it became their keeper. It had a good fan club on Planet Ganja.
The only drawback was for me and some others this cut was a pain in the ass to root cuttings. Although some people could clone the heck out of it. I tossed it for that reason but would get it back sometimes to run it. Anyways there were two members of PG that could really get the blueberry flavor to pop when they grew it. I gave out a bunch of samples of the white and got some BB buds from one of those guys that could max out the flavor. In that sample (4 or 5 nice buds about a nickle) I found one seed and one seed only, buried deep in one of the buds. I saved it for a rainy day project.

for a pheno.
I was starting an Original Haze and Thai Stick Sativa grow and thought what if I get all males and I end up with nothing to play with. I figured the BB seed had to be an s1 and would be a female so I germinated it. A couple weeks before I put it under 12/12 I took a cutting and hoped it would root better than the original cutting. It rooted in 5 days. It is a very vigorous grower too. I was glad I cloned because it did end up being a female..
I had the original seedling in a 1 gallon pot (.92 gallon actually). It was super easy to grow as was the original cut. It was a bit different though. It isn’t quite as indica looking as mom but it does look indica. It also had bright orange hairs where the other had reddish brown or orangish brown. The bright orange hairs really stand out on the plant.
It is just as frosty as the original maybe a bit more. This one smells like blueberries the way the other one tasted. Very powerful blueberry aroma. It isn’t as heavy stone as the original but it does have more head and is still nice and potent. It has a very blueberry/fruity aroma and the taste although not nearly as blueberry it has a very sweet taste mixed with hashy flavor. I liked it enough to keep it around for awhile. This one took 77 days, 11 weeks to become mostly cloudy with a very few scant ambers. Just the way I liked it. I think for being in a .92 gallon pot the yield looks nice. especially when I flushed for 3 weeks just to see if it worked. I never flushed over 1 week before. It was super smooth with not a hint of harshness and burns to nothing but white ash.
