Well for naysayers...if you read carefully I did say that the only active ingredient listed is citric acid. If you choose to believe there is a magical ingredient in there than that is up to you. From the clearex bottle it says "active ingredient 0.4% Citric Acid, 99.6% Inert Ingredients...

from their site under the usage tab it says .......Directions for use: Mix 2 teaspoons of Clearex per gallon of water. Use Clearex with pure water only. Mix well and adjust pH.

Walked through a local nursery today and accidentally happened upon the new version of Clearex. Upon looking at the back label it states that the only active ingredient is .4% citric acid yup.....very sad So to make the same concentration.... To 1000ml of water add 4 grams of citric acid...

Nope had no problems. I only did this as I already had some clones I just put under the light and wanted to make use of the already running light instead of adding more. Seeds are only in the soil about 1/4" so it does not take long for 1/4" to dry out...thats why I said you have to be super...

hmmmm further thought... I don't know what you mean by seedling. Just poking its head up? or ... already up and now you want to put a strong light on them? What kind of seedling do you mean? already hatched or baby plant?

Quite possibly I have been doing it all wrong but for years I started my seeds right under a 400w HPS from before they even broke the mediums surface. Never had any problems so far. Big BUT...coming up... If you do this you seriously must watch constantly so the soil/coco etc does not dry...

sounds good brd. I almost culled the lad I am running because the buds were relatively small. till I chopped and weighed. They were easily as heavy as buds twice the size on other strains and super crystally. It is the one all the buddies always ask me about.

bought these seeds from the farm perhaps two years ago... but cannot remember anything about them now. Who made them? What the lineage is? gonna grow them out in a few months but just wanted some background info before I run them. I did a search and turned up nothing at all on these. Any info...

I think you may be right Cannarado...but I will try it a few more times to see. I do have some more LAD seeds so I may have to find a suitable male and try and do some backcrossing to get what I am after.

nobody has any tricks for hard to convert sts males? next batch I will try and make the solution slightly stonger, or spray more frequently....thoughts?

Just was out in the garden and noticed that the leaves are pretty damn fat for a sativa. Could it just be a fat leaved sativa? Or do indicas come from Peru as well? Wish I knew more about the regions of the world and what is local to them
