Jacks works great and is really inexpensive. I used to use Jacks but switched over to GH (cause I prefer to dump liquids instead of dissolve solids).

Cannabis specific. That means it's their regular nutes with molasses added right?
LOL. why you would add molasses to hydroponic nutrients is beyond me. they must be blending their stuff differently. but still will be 3 part most likely like 321 so IDK how much easier it can get.

I think its still being developed.
I mean mixed differently and being put in new packaging. :)

I did do some further reading and it does appear that they have some new mixes,(ro,tap, etc.)geared towards indoor mainly cannabis growers and their different water types and needs, couldnt find any of the new mixes on Amazon though, only on the site and for those prices better just get the 25lb bag or use the older stuff.

I personally like their no-nonsense approach and the fact that they're dry salts and complete. I had a bag of 20-20-20 (dry) that lasted me almost a decade. Doesn't look like any need to suppliment Ca and Mg when using RO. My tap water is shitty (very high in Chlorides), so their RO blend is right up my alley.

I'm finishing up my current grow with Dyna-Gro Foliage Pro and actually had to supplimemt Ca/Mg as i developed a slight deficiency during flower. Regardless, not a bad option as well..

I went ahead and bought their RO 'kit' to try it out and have been using it for the past 2 weeks and things are looking great so far. If things go well, the 25 lb bags seem to be the way to go.

We'll see.. I'll start a thread when i get these plants into the flowering tent.

..and a company that's not gonna market something as Big Cotton Candy Bud Swell Juice 6-20-10, Green Sweet Leaf 85-2-3 and RootereZymeZzzZ Canna Love Sauce 0.17-.1.-7.. I'm down...

How did the grow go?
any photos?

Hello Jguit... or anyone that can help fill in the blanks.
i've had success on numerous grows. No real issues ... due to my remote location, and budget, I will be switching over to Jack's. I've seen good reviews and some exceptional results in hydro.
I am looking for basic info.

What are the EC and PPM ranges using Jacks Classics (veg & bloom).?
I have nitrogen and cal-mag to supplement if needed.
I am using tap water now, but will supplement or transition to RO at some point.
I've had excellent results using beneficial bacteria to promote root health. I will be using "re-charge" to treat every 7 to 10 days.
Even a good starting point would help. Thanks for any info you may have regarding "Jacks" 20 20 20 and jacks bloom 10 30 20

I use the 10-30-20 for the last couple weeks of Bloom, can't give you a specific PPM because I'm tapering it off to plain Water by then

I've kind of stopped using it only because it doesn't really matter if I use the master blend straight through or switch to the Peters, but yeah all Peters products are great, can't go wrong, hope this helps, good luck!

We have had excellent results following the 321ratios with a little moab in flower along with beneficials all through grow. We have several rooms and tried many nutes. They all grow well. Think most people beleive certain nute companies have a secret ingredient. We have found all do well. Canna, house and garden, nftg, cyco and others all produce almost identical results. Ease and price is reason we stick with jacs, after having as good or better results as others. If something produced better quality and or yielded more regardless of cost i would use another brand, havent found that nute company yet.i beleive there are only a few ways to get good quality sources for npk and trace minerals and most companies use them. We are anal with ph, temps, humidity and ratios. Have had excellent results with every nutrient we have tried.

I would just use their one-part base (RO, Tap, Outdoor) start to finish and foliar epsom salt as needed, but that's just me.

I think they did a ninja edit and changed their feed schedule for "Determinant Tomatoes" to "Hemp Production". It's what I've been saying for years about cannabis fertilizer requirements. Haha.
Thanks Bill for this link.I haven’t been on their site for a while and wasn’t aware they had these different lineups.I run jacks on a .67 scale using it with calnit and epsom salt.I am wondering if I should add their pk booster,as I don’t use any atm.

Too much potassium and you can lock out magnesium with bloom boosters or potassium silicate. I just use the base fertilizer all the way through. Low phosphorus leads to less stretching and tight flowers. Giving the plant that perfect ratio, you can use a much lower EC.

The only other fertilizer tweak I've been doing is a calcium and cytokinin dominant kelp foliar at flip and some fulvic acid to prevent problems from pH swings.

Idk if anyone said thisnyet, but I just started using jacks not too long ago. All you need is jacks “part a” the 5-12-26 formula, calcium nitrate & Epsom salts. And you mix them in a 321 ratio (full strength being 3.6-jacks. 2.4-cal nit & 1.2 Epsom salts.) check out Greene genes video, it’s kinda on the longer side but he explains everything so perfect & will save you a ton of money in the long run + I like the control it gives the grower over what you feed your plants

Still loving jacks. Really happy with this formula
Thinking of getting one of these magnetic stirrers. How do you like yours?
how much did yours run you & can you point me in the right direction of a good quality one but that won’t break the bank?
