What would happen to a female plant with 8 hours of light and 16 hours of dark and how long would it take to notice any changes

Actually its plenty of light ! I've flowered with as little as 6 hours of light before !
And its proven Cannabis only needs 5-6 hours of direct light daily to thrive and flourish!!!
I start at 10/14 and finish at 7/17 or 6/18 because the 12/12 theory is dated and older than Cannabis cultivation itself lmfao
Its a short day long night flowering plant
12/12 is trash and takes longer 10/14 or less will show flowers quicker , they'll get bigger quicker , produce more resin and finish faster

Your referring to rodelization to produce pollen
CS , STS , & TM are way better ways IMO & the pollen will be twice as stable vs using the 1800s rodelization method

Means there's a good chance that you're going to get plants that throw nuts for no reason or with the littlest bit of stress so I could use a different method or not waste your time because the seeds won't be as good

Long story short it means your plants from those seeds will be more likely to turn hermaphrodite

I start at 10/14 till week 2 then go to 9.5/14.5 to week 3
At week 3 go to 9/15 till week 5
Week 5 go to 8/16
Week 6 go to 7/17
Week 7 go to 6/16 till finish

I'd just start at 10/14 or 8/16 till you get a few grows under your belt as it is an advanced technique

I concur! I've been growing about a decade and more than a few times I've read and seen people who attest to a schedule of 12on/5.5off/1on/5.5off for veg and anywhere from 6/18 all the way through flower or start at 11/13 and work your way down to 9/15 over the flowering weeks. I immediately noticed a difference for the better when I switched from 12/12 to less light for flowering. I still haven't wrapped my brain around the veg schedule yet because I understand it, just haven't tried it yet. Good luck with your project. And if its any help, I just read a thread where they talked about making fems and the biggest mistake most people make is not spraying whatever solution they are using long enough. You have to make sure the plant stays reversed. I've never made fems, just passing along information I've picked up along the way. One other thing, before you make the beans, you might want to test your female for reversing and see how she takes to it.

How is that so ? Wether you chemically induce the stress or let it happen naturally, the bottom line is the pollen will be produced by activating the plants responses to complete its life cycle via stress.

The pollen is coming from a female plant and will be Xx no matter how you look at it.

Oddly enough pollen is typically not sold. It’s often shared between breeders and those who want it but most folks don’t have the time for seeds or pollen. A proper male is invaluable and sadly most of them have been culled just because they weren’t female.
