i get your pissed off, but get over it. at least while your down there protesting bring your laptop and work on your resume. or start a store on eBay. come up with a new idea for a dish to be served at chillies or burger king.

it so easy to make money in this country whether your rich or poor. there comes a point in a mans life were he has to look at himself and ask "what am i doing wrong?" If you have debt, no house and the newest IPhone, computer laptops, micro thin flat screens. your rocking true religion jeans, own a nice set of golf clubs. got a car loan were your paying over 250 a month. then its you not the bankers. No protesting is gonna change who you are. your not gonna make your life better by blaming someone for your faults. Its like the girl that goes to school to become a teacher. she goes out gets a nice car owns a coach purse and a pair of the latest Ugg boots and complains teachers don't get paid enough...? who do you blame for your mismanagement of self?
I get that your happy with scraps from your masters, and that's okay. Some people have very low expectations and live in a blissful state of ignorance their entire life. Cool, that's your right. However, when there is a group of inspired patriots getting off the couch to participate in a revolution that has the potential to benefit even the clueless flag suckers that in no way benefit from the status quo despite their pitiful, ironic, ultimately self defeating rants, maybe you should just shut your mouth long enough to open your eyes and ears for one ounce of truth to seep in.

If you're even remotely interested you should go see what its like for yourself. Don't take some flag sucking halfwit's word for it.

@GreenTB -Bitter much?

Perhaps I went on like the worst night of the occupation yet. But it was pathetic and fully apathetic. It is done if what I saw last night continues.

Colorado Springs is a lot better. Almost day and night.

Tell that do the homeless veterans, and the starving kids in Africa. What about all the people in jail from the drug war, and people dying on death row.
Education and healthcare over war. Protests have changed everything in this country and a lot of other countries. Look at the civil rights movement. Look at gay marriage. Even medical marijuana.

You think its all about yourslelf and come on here trying to diss people for having iphones and golf clubs? Im trying to help stop corruption in politics, and feed the world and protect the environment. There are multi millionaires who support occupy wall st. Its is the rich peoples job to help the poor, sick, and oppressed. You are clueless.

I have been going to the marches on the past two Saturdays and there have been thousands of people. This is also happening in cities around the world. I dont think we have to campout fulltime in parks to continue this movement. With the power of the internet we can have weekly or monthly gatherings. We could even do online meetups and ralles too. Possibilities are endless. Occupy Wall st is just a small part of the rebellion which has no name. The struggle that has been going on since time began.

Ill be fine picking up my scrapes.

homeless veterans? how many would you say? how patriotic are you..? My whole family is military on my fathers side. my little brother is in the trenches now so you can hold your self-righteous signs. I get your morally superior then the rest of us, but come on man. the military is the best way to go now a days. that's why you dotn even see recruiting commercials anymore cause they fill thier quota so fast. join up after 4 years your college is all paid for and they give you 1300 a month while you go to school.

what do you want to change bro, do you even know? do you want the banks to stop lending money? do you want them to fire all the CEO's? Do you want it run by the goverment? lets give them health care, banking and insurance.

welcome to American the land of the free and home of the brave. then theres you the poor shit on citizen that gets taken advantage of around every corner. the poor helpless guy that just wants to feed people in africa by yelling at bankers.

Im patriotic enough to go march and protest for my rights! I would like to change the fact that corporations donate billions to the president and members of congress. I would like to change the fact that corporations pay less taxes than the people. I would also like to change the fact that the federal government does not respect the will of the voters ( medical marijuana). I want a true democracy. Everyone who pays taxes should have full medical insurance. We need to spend less on war and more on education.

I would like to change the fact that the majority of people are so blind they dont realize that they are losing their rights, and criticize the people who are trying to stand up for their rights and help those less fortunate than themselves.

You just don't get it man. It isn't about hating money, or hating people who have money. It's about hating a system designed to ensure that the same people have money and keep it away from those who don't. Be wealthy, just don't be a selfish prick. Share your GI Joe with the kung fu grip with the poor kid who only has a stick.

Your expectations might be high but they are based on shallow, traditionalist, propagandized ideals. Unlearn. I guarantee if you have time to grow herb and contribute to this board you aren't part of the 1% that benefits from our current plutocratic system. Why are you sucking the system's dick so hard if it won't even give you a hand job?

Wrong. Your little brother is in the trenches because his traditionalist family brain washed him from birth to think like a flag sucker. Thanks to your brother's efforts KBR, Halliburton and countless other American contracting companies can continue to channel trillions of dollars into their fatter than ever wallets at the expense of the American tax payer. If you hate lazy people looking for a handout you should oppose the current plutocratic system your brother is fighting to support.

not giving you money doesn't make me selfish. maybe if you took the time to know me, i would share. Everyone of my friends weather online or in real life has benefited from my friendship. I would never let anyone go without. If were going to the bar don't worry about it ill get you a few drinks man. if you don't have a cut I'll make sure you get it. i don't need nothing in return. Judging from the statement in bold you don't know me and that's cool our paths never crossed until now.

one last thing there is a real world out there, and you can give up all hope but one day your gonna be old man in a rocking chair wishing you got more outta life. Its seems your life is the very opposite of what you preach. the man has got to you and he has got you down. I wish you would strive to be better instead of feeling like a slave to the man. Spend one year working your ass off put a little money away and at the end of that year take your loves ones to someplace foreign and beautiful and while your there take the time to appreciate the opportunity you have being born here. America is the best country on the planet right now. you are giving every tool you need to succeed you just got to use them.

My little brother is there because he loves his country and he wants the oppertunity to travel and see the world as well as make some money and get the free schooling. Our troops are coming home finnaly. both iraq and lybia. i find it strange that no one thinks its a bit odd that the day after quadaffi dies we pull out of iraq?

I've got somebody for that actually. A cute little girl I recently liberated from Texas. But that's another story...

Not wanting to lend a helping hand to those in need makes you selfish. I'm not in need, I'm in a position to help others and do. My life is awesome, I don't need to strive to uphold some shallow, propagandized ideals your parents beat into you when your brains were soft. How would you know if America is the best country in the world have you been to all of them? Shit, have you been to ANY of them? If you had you wouldn't be taking such big swigs of the kool aid.

I know what your rhetorical knee jerk answer is, but that's a load of crap recruiters feed kids. Been there, done that, bought and sold the t shirt already. Learned a valuable lesson though. NAVY: Never Again Volunteer Yourself.

Yes, I do think it's pretty telling that Obama announced the pull out when he did. Question is, why do you? What are all the war mongers going to do now? I guess there are plenty of future military housewives for our troops to beat and kill once they get home. Welcome back to "peaceful" society boys.

But...it was well worth it. I mean, shit, we're free because of it right? Pfff...
