I forgot my math but I ended up doing 0.30 grams of pool shock per 10 gallons added directly into res. So my res is 50 gallons, so I put in roughly 1 gram straight in. So I'm thinking that's around 2-3 ppm to start with.

The idea is to add it in small ppm for the chlorine as a preventative. It works fine. I've used bennies and sterile both. Sterile just works better for my setup and much cheaper.

Ugh.. One room had same problem too and I boosted it up to 750ppm and that room was even worse than this. I definitely think nute burn too but raising ppms made it worse? Should I raise ph to 6.0 and hope they can take in mag easier?
