I would drop the humidity to around 50-55. Do you have a scope to see them or a camera that can zoom in?

You can also turn the light off. Keep humidity under 40. Dark period will help 24-36 hours and chop them in the dark. Cold water around 40* and lights out for 24 hours.

I’d say it’s plenty dark, I wouldn’t add anymore N at this point.
