Should not hurt them. You will stress them some, and will take a few weeks to get back to veg. mode, but sunshine should take care of the rest. Plant will go back into veg., then into flower as season progresses.

I was wondering if anyone had any advise on supplemental plants to grow with cannabis to control pests, or give any other benefit to the grow?

Maybe turn exhaust fan down? I run hydro, my humidity runs low, but not that low. It can get down to 25 to 30% when lights are on. Plants take up more water to compensate for low humidity. What kind of medium do you grow in?
