How To Get Into The Market?

I'm a new grower possibly looking at acareer change. I'm in Billings and looking at becoming a provider. How does one go about building a patient base? I'm specifically looking at becoming a provider for executives and those that require more discretion, as this type of provider wasn't available for me.

Find the people...Grow great medicine, Offer competitive prices.
In this situation where discretion is is of much value.. I would think it may be difficult to find those people.
