Strange Leaf Growth, I Need Advice

i can tell you exactly what that is....that is stress in the genetics, plain and simple. The plant will still grow and flower fine, but you will have a weird looking leaf here and there. I cooked 12 plants one time accidentally when a vent failure happened in my veg room. Reached 112 F temps...

    Wifi Temp & Humidity Monitoring

Yeah I would really want the WiFi access so for me the hub was a necessity. This acurite system includes the hub and 3 sensors for $150.

    Wifi Temp & Humidity Monitoring

Sensor push was another option I considered but you need to buy the main hub plus the sensors separately so I went with acurite system since it seemed to do the same thing but for less money...

    Wifi Temp & Humidity Monitoring

Not at all man!! I am new to the site so never really paid attention to the ads as of yet. And my hundreds of google searches never came back with this “Pulse” in the results. I appreciate you letting me know!! I’m not gonna cry over $150 lol plus I could prob turn around and sell this setup...

    Wifi Temp & Humidity Monitoring

Yep just watched a YouTube vid on the pulse...definitely better than mine lol but hey at least this is a cheaper option for someone who may be interested in it. But the Pulse is def designed specifically for grow rooms and the built in VPD calculator is badass. I will be upgrading to the Pulse...

    Wifi Temp & Humidity Monitoring

Not sure never saw it on here or heard of it before until now. Looks like it does the same thing but $199 per sensor is a lot more expensive than this acurite system. But the pulse also measures light and VPD which is awesome. I may have to upgrade now!!!

    Wifi Temp & Humidity Monitoring

i had been searching for something that would give me real time temp/humidity readings to my phone or that I could access thru a website. Grow stores near me had no suggestions aside from some overly advanced whole room control system that was like $1500. Not what I was looking for!! But...I...

That beard is all natural!!! And no, I have an electrician/HVAC guy that handles that stuff for me. My flower room has a dedicated 70amp sub panel as well which he installed for me. I have to convert to 200amp whole house service before I can safely run a 3 ton mini split however...one step...

I was coached bug prevention. 1 yr in and not a sign of any pests whatsoever in either veg or flower. Aside from a dead spider or beetle here and there on the floor. No PM, no bud rot. Only issue i’ve had was high temps during my summer run. Another reason i’m Upgrading to mini split

For sure!! Always willing to learn more of course, for example just starting to learn about VPD which is why I now have humidity dialed in correctly. This is the first run for me with humidifier and it’s paying off big time!! Not a master by any means but I def know enough where I could coach...

Hey everyone!! Been growing for about a year. Legally for medicinal uses. My state allows 24 plants total, 12 in veg & 12 in flower simultaneously. I was lucky enough to have a 10yr veteran grower design my room, supply me with excellent genetics, and guide me when I was getting started...

Trying To Take Things To The Next Level

Yeah man what a lesson learned...I mean i’ve been trucking along with just a dehu for lights off but now that I have added this humidifier for lights on and have increased humidity I def see and feel a difference. This VPD factor is powerful!!! I can only imagine how this upcoming harvest is...

Trying To Take Things To The Next Level

So yeah got an Ideal Air 75pt humidifier with the humistat connected as well and what a diff!! I am now holding 50-60% humidity and the plants are loving it!! One day of good humidity and there is a noticeable difference in the plants already they look super green and the leaves are all happy.

Trying To Take Things To The Next Level

I just purchased an ink bird humidity controller to do just that!! Right now I just have the humidifier set at 65 for lights on and the dehu set for 55 lights on. Problem is my humidifier will stay turned off if power is disrupted, it will not automatically turn back on when power is restored...

Trying To Take Things To The Next Level

Ok so I am one year into growing. I have done pretty well, I know I can do better!! Starting to really try and tweak my environment for optimal conditions. Learning about VPD, temperature vs humidity relativity, ideal temps in flower with high co2 levels, etc. I have completed 4 harvests...
