It is almost impossible to find a suitable rental. I am gonna have to sell it I fear. The problem is I cant sell it until I am done running in it and I can't stop running in it until the last second so I think I am gonna store it until I find a suitable buyer or rental. Siwssvale is a bit far...

    Landlord blues

No pics but it is a 40 ft high cube and it is about 60% spray insulated with closed cell fire resistant spray foam. I also have a 36,000 btu Mitsubishi mr slim. It basically needs one more $800 spray foam kit (possibly more insulation if you want it free standing as it's in another building...

    hot box

The reason I went with spray insulation is that I was afraid that doing it your way would result in moldy boards and foam if condensation becomes a problem. If you are gonna keep it that way I would recommend using some shockwave or other anti fungal paint on those boards at least. Also spray...

    hot box

I just built out a 40 foot high cube container. Word of advice you will need to spray insulate it because without insulation you will get condensation problems and it will be really tough to cool It in the summer/ heat it during lights out in the winter.

    recommendation near boulder?

Ill give a +1 for green dream in gunbarrel. I have only been to a few clubs in Boulder but this is one of my favs. Also they sometimes have the rock budder from river rock which is flame. The sweet grass brownies are the best $5 edible you can buy anywhere imo.

    Spray insulating a shipping container

The spray foam kits are also $1 per board foot. Rmax wouldn't save much money and I am concerned with water forming in the gap between the 4x8 sheets and the container wall and moulding. I'm pretty sure I'm just gonna nut up for the spray foam.

My frostbox 2 ton mini split

If you disconnect the lineset you have to pump the refrigerant back down into the compressor or it will vent to the atmosphere.

    Spray insulating a shipping container

I have been reading up on it and it is really hard to find an answer pertaining to this application. Spray foam will cost double what rmax will and I know that will work 100% with the moisture. I am just worried about water building between the rmax and the container wall. I need to make this...
