I just built out a 40 foot high cube container. Word of advice you will need to spray insulate it because without insulation you will get condensation problems and it will be really tough to cool It in the summer/ heat it during lights out in the winter.

The spray foam kits are also $1 per board foot. Rmax wouldn't save much money and I am concerned with water forming in the gap between the 4x8 sheets and the container wall and moulding. I'm pretty sure I'm just gonna nut up for the spray foam.

If you disconnect the lineset you have to pump the refrigerant back down into the compressor or it will vent to the atmosphere.
