Water temps for watering and foliar applications.

You can also manipulate water temps to push your plant.. I.e. Colder res temp in flowering to stimulate reproduction. Sorry to throw centigrade at you but the region I work in is 18 celsius at lowest, 24 celsius at highest. Remember lower temp means more oxygen so I shoot for 20 celsius at most...

Smart pots, 8 week veg, transplant, questions1

With smart pots or any air pruning pot you can save a bit on medium as a smaller smart pot is equivalent to a larger regular pot. I have a schedule for vegging in regular hard pots that may help you decide what size smart pot you may need. But keep in mind you don't need to do as many...

Does anyone know if perlite is a suitable medium to grow trees in? I'm not ready to jump into water culture just yet and pure soil is just tooooo slow for me. Tell me about Coco....

So I have grown in peat-based soilless and soil mixes. I am tired of buying the big overpriced dusty promix or sunshine bales which are shipped across the country and are non-renewable and half the time have sticks in them. Not to mention I want to reuse the medium and peat based mediums tend to...
