IBL is an In-Bred-Line, the result of successive breeds of progeny until stabilized. You make an F1 cross and select and breed f2 from the results; select and breed f3 from the results and so on. Will take some time and effort before desired traits are locked down, probably 6 or more...

I too have limited expectations of LED, but ... Save your doh for now ... Your equipment and tent are well suited for a scrog. Depending on your needs you might find you pull an ample amount to get you from harvest to harvest. I say find a scrog worthy strain and give it a run, you can...

I don't run a burner myself but have often wondered the affect of burners and a sealed environment. NOx and SOx are usually by products of burning propane/NG, while I am sure manufactured burners adhere to strict standards, I can't help to think that there would be an accumulation over time...

My thinking is ... These bulbs are DESIGNED to strike AND run at anticipated voltages, anything less (or more) and variances occur in many ways, including and most importantly, may fail; potentially in a catastrophic manner. Edit: Forgot to mention warranty as an issue too.

I don't really think your airflow is causing your plants to yellow and ... we need to know your environmentals, nute regime and media to better help. As far as your fan options ... try just the exhaust and open an intake or two and run a passive intake - negative pressure is good at keeping...
