you can put 12/12 on right away but if you're going from floros to hps, make sure you don't put the hps too close to the plants for the first few days bring it down slowly

CH9 seeds offers a good amount of 7-8 week strains, but they are feminized, dont know if that bother you..

You might want to upgrade that ventilation as soon as you can get an exhaust going those 2 250's will build up heat quick
