People post this type of question all the time. 99% of the time there is no way to verify seemingly random plants that don't exhibit obvious signatures of the genetics (ie gg4s twisted leaf trait or the malformed leaves of the tard of an "elite" known as ogkb)

They look alright so far. The little one might just take longer but it should start growing. I would recommend using soil with more aeration for your next up-pot though. That soil looks pretty heavy and cannabis roots don't like heavy soil much.

Yeah, 8-9 weeks should be good for Afghan. I'd take it to 9 myself it's just about to start fleshing out the buds by the look of it.

It's pretty hard to speculate without knowing what the genetics are. If I had to guess without knowing that, and just on looks, I'd say 4 more weeks at least. I always take everything to at least 9 weeks unless it's a cut that is known to finish earlier.
