Im not sure since I've never used canna, but it looks very close ratio wise. Just dilute it down to the same ppm as what you were running with canna. Only thing is its chelated with EDTA which is toxic to plants.

Plastic carboys for brewing come in 3 & 5 gallons and have a cone shaped induction bottom. All you gotta do is cut the top off and you're good to go. at a 10 to 1 ratio I didn't need anything larger than a 5 really, and if I need less I can just fill it halfway. :P

Grab a plastic carboy from your local brewing supply if you don't need a huge size cone bottom (induction) tank. They come in 3 & 5 gallons, plus they usually don't have a handle as well so everything cyclones well and nothing gets caught up on the side to become anaerobic.
