Thanks for all the information. Guess I'm getting A/C and biting the bullet on this electricity bill for now

I get where you are coming from and that was on my mind. Like I said I'll probably just get one and if it doesn't work out then it's just over 1/3 of my plants. So win or lose I'll know and you guys will know.

    Seems legit?

In my mind if I were to get (2) 600w panels, that would equal around 1700 PAR, and that's competing with 1000w HPS on paper.

From what I am seeing from youtube, the meizhi 600w led produces 850 PAR at 18", the Galaxy hydro advertises around 600 PAR at that range. The Meizhi also has IR bulbs as well. Like I was saying it looks semi promising.

Yeah I get it, I'm answering my own questions. I'm going to buy one. Have a 1000w hps vs 1200w led. Over the same strain, same area, same everything. Worst case scenario it will make a decent veg light.

I appreciate that and those are nice set ups. Maybe down the line. I just know there are a couple cheaper LEDs, Viparspectra and Meizhi, on the come up. I have seen the par readings on YouTube. I'm just concerned about the footprint.

    Switching From Hps

So it's getting closer to Summer, meaning A/C time! And I so happen to need new 1000w bulbs. So I thought instead of spending $700 on a mini split 12k btu, and $300 on (3) bulbs, I could use that money on Meizhi 1200w LEDs. I know you get what you pay for, but they sound promising. I can't find...

Also using just perlite. So over watering could definitely be a problem. Harvesting sooon so I'm curious to check out the roots also.

I just woke up so I must have read that wrong. I did just start using MOAB a couple weeks ago, and I think that's a big part of this problem.

Defiantly not light burn. They are over 2ft from the lights. Couple gnats every now and then. I'm leading towards over feed. My other plants have a slight yellowing but not like this. I'll post more tonight.

Me and another grower keep struggling with this strain. At first the were showing nitrogen defiency, then excessive nitrogen. Messed them up pretty good.

    House&garden Nitrogen Boost Dosage

I just watered without using any nitro boost. Also I use 5.1ml/gallon of both aquaflakes A and Aquaflakes B. The more I read about H&G the less I see about the nitrogen boost. So I don't think anyone uses it lol

I rinsed all my perlite. Defiantly wear a dust mask when rinsing though.

They have a couple claws here and there. I'm going to continue to back off on the nitro. There are some people doing really good with just perlite.
