Up here in canada it's supposed to be legalized next summer. so far the plans they have proposed and are moving forward with are a gong show. I'd rather it stays the way it is. Small penalties if any. I'm convinced the only reason they are moving to legalization is to better crack down on people...

Yeah it will be interesting to see what the courts have to say about this whole injunction. I believe the courts will see what a mess HC has made with this and actually follow up on their promise to legalize. Either way it's pretty apparent that HC wants out of anything to do with MJ. Imo.

I would think that if Pfizer for 1 were to actually discover the cure for cancer it would be the ultimate pay day. I would not buy into the whole idea that their agenda is to keep it just below that of a cure for a greater monetary gain. Doesn't really make sense if you think about it
