It looks to be a mag deficiency which could be caused by an abundance of nitrogen from the over feed also the nitrogen in the cal/mag. Im not sure how much calcium is in your base nutes but if it's 5% or more you should be using epsom at 1-1.25 grams per gallon instead of cal/mag.

What type of coco ? Type of nutes used ? Feed schedule ? Lighting used ? Room temp ? Room humidity level ? Straight coco or coco mixed with ammendments ?

Watch flushing coco with straight h20. it can throw off the cation exchange and flush the calcium/mag banks. if flushing do with a 1/4 dose of base nutes , cal/mag or epsom .
