Should i cut off dead or dying leaves?

I have bags over these two (that are propped up not to crush them), but have noticed some yellowing/browning leaves. Just keep up the other things I'm doing to save them. Btw I really appreciate all of your advice. I didn't have a very hopeful outlook about these little guys until now.
