I will build grow room here, Behind shop.

power and water is available and will make easy hook up.

my architect team designed this here design for me. I will expand on it later.

Room will have its own well. Pumps 25 gallon a minute. I’m shooting to have complete by October. Will post progress along the way. Happy growing ladies and gents:cool:

I did one 20x24 awhile back,2-12x12 flowers,an 8x8 veg and an 8x16 utility room.I went 2x6 walls for more insulation,R19 walls R60 ceiling,reflectix on all walls that get sun.I was just in their and its chilling in veg at 78,the air wasnt even on and its 105 outside.
Like everything it costs more than you think even if you do the work yourself.If powers close that helps,i had 2200 in just 1/0 copper wire to bring 125 amps 250'.If i could do one thing different id go higher ceilings,10 or even 12',mine are 8.

My plan was to do exactly that, 12 foot ceilings with a 2 on 12 roof pitch. Im going to line the walls, floor and ceiling with white TPO. Man, sounds like you got that grow dialed in.

I used orcafilm for my walls and white epoxy on the floor.Its not really dialed in yet but im working on it,its constantly changing.
