2x 100w Qb Or 1x 260w Qb

Just debating on 1 260w or 2 100w would the 260 have better penetration? Or should I jump to the 320qb? I figured with the 100w I can put on on top and one on the side. Grow space is 3x3.

Well one last option was a 315 cmh. I've looking around and it seems it's a very good light for a 3x3... I'm having fun learning but it's overwhelming! Lol
