Are Paper Bugs A Must

i was just going to hang till snap in 68 degree, 50% humidity room then put into jars for curing for a couple weeks. Is that a bad idea or should I do the brown paper bag step?

Suggest that you do a search for curing, many threads to read on the subject. Then make a decision based on what you’ve understood, questions then.

68* is a little on the cool side, but will work. I don75* and 55%rh. Toull just add a day or 2 to the initial dry.

I don' use brown bags.
