One plant outtta four is starting to grow a little odd from the others???

This one has spotted leaves.

The one might be heat stress. The spots are hard to see, I would pinch the leaf off the plant and scope it top and bottom for mights. More info would help get a better response.

I was thinking about pinching it. Checked for mites with a loupe, no signs.
