For hash I'd generally keep my temp around 190(F) give or take 20 degrees (varies strain to strain) and dont go over 45 microns for your bags (25 microns should give you best quality). Mind you with rosin everybody has their own ways of doing things so I'm not saying this is set in stone. I've had a guy tell me he uses a 90 micron bag for pressing hash and gets great results so hey whatever works, works.
If you're sourcing all of your own material or at least have access to living plant material to wash, then I would get my hands on some sort of
freeze dryer. Wash live material in your bags and then freeze dry the hash immediately to keep it alive. Give that a press and it'll be the terpiest rosin you'll produce.
