Can I Use My Hps Bulbs For 3 Days Veg?

Alright. So I'm not a spectrum master, however I do have a question. I have two separate rooms , one veg and one flower , both are set up scrog style. When I am ready to make my flip (move plants 6 feet iron next room) I am not tied onto the scrog net which is why my question comes through...

When I move to my flower room and tie up in the scrog , can I veg with my 8 bulb hps setup for a few days to get the colas standing straight up through netting ? Or should I just scrog and do the cycle switch .... ?? Help?

I used my flower room for 2 weeks of veg under 3k spectrum bulbs and it's fine.

Yes totally fine..
You could grow that plant from seed to harvest with an hps..
