Can someone tell me whether this is light or heat stress or some sort of nutrient deficiency at a purple train wreck strain been growing for about five weeks now

A hundred mil to a litre sounds a bit high, how many PPM's are you feeding all together at each feed with the boost?

It is a heat/light stress issue for sure which does cause nutrient uptake issues. The stomata close therefore water transfer is slowed and respiration is decreased. Since potassium and cations are harder to transport they are most affected. Blow a fan between your lights and the tops of your plants. You want to see the tops flutter but now whip around. It's getting dry again too. 40% humidity is low! Kelp meal helps plants deal with heat stress a little better.
