Can't Put A Finger On This Fan Leaf Issue

still on my first grow (outdoor) just realized a day or two ago my ak-47 had one spot that has a few leaves like this.

If it's only a leaf or two remove them. Look for bugs! . If no bugs look at this chart. What I see looks very isolated so I don't think deficiency I think bugs or something got on just that leaf. I'd remove it

How could a bug make your leaf look like that? What kind of bug would do that? Been doing tons of research never seen that deficiency caused by a bug. But maybe I'm wrong.
