Carry On Luggage And Hps Bulbs

Anyone have any idea if travelling international, u can carry on HPS bulbs?

I dont want to check them in amd before u say it..... I cant buy them when I get their.

If you're traveling to North Korea, I wouldn't expect that you could.

But I will have some seeds in my pocket as well. I just dont want alot of hassles and questions.
