Cleaning Out A Gravity Feed Reservoir System

Hi all

What do you recommend to clean out a reservoir system. It is similar to hydroponic but bottom feed and has no air stones.

I use an aquarium pump to stir things up 15 minutes every hour.

I would like to know what product you use to disinfect the system to prevent some weird root rot or something.

I ran through plain water on the last round (2nd round with my autopots) but I want to eradicate any possibility of stupid shit coming back to haunt me and having me chase a what is this deficiency pic.

I will make it a habit of cleaning out my system every grow now.

i use to run a marina,in the bait shed had 4 200 gal vates,,painted cender blocks,to clean them i scrubbed them with baking soda,,thing is you know when you got it right,check it out,if you dump minnows in tank and they scatter clean again,if you dump them in and have a bait ball,water is perfect,,you can use this same seniero in your res or tank,what a dozen minnows cost 2 bucks maybe,if you dump them in and they scatter clean again

Second that. I use food grade (35%) H2O2. Dilute in RO water and run it through my system for about 5 minutes.
