Cooling/heating Unit Recommendations

So if I have an 8x8 room, I can always cool it with a window unit AC..

But what about heating? Sometimes it gets a bit difficult adjusting fans vents ect for temp control every night especially during mid season.

Ductless units require professional installs and I haven't seen any good reviews for the window units that come with heating options.

Obviously electric heaters but that too requires constant adjusting. I dont know any with energy saver options.

Anyone ever use any stand up units? Any advice?

Grab a master greenhouse controller

Unit can only handle 14a. But I found ways (safely) to use this controller and a light controller piggy backed to the master controller. I put the ac load or deheuy load on the light controller, plug trigger cord into master controller.

All I got was piggyback.. I dont have his piggy..
