I have 2 or 3 sets of dying yellow leaves on some seedlings. Cut them off, or just leave them alone?

The question is why are they dying? Looks salvageable but probably had such a bad start, they will be lagging behind forever.

They are salvageable but 1 question...how are you watering?

I was given the seedlings a month ago from a friend who has no clue what the strain is. Up until yesterday they were in the same potting soil as I received them in.
I re potted in Miracle Gro because I did a soil test using the RapiTest kit and it showed adequate P&K, but depleted Nitrogen.
The leaves have been showing yellowing for the last 3 weeks.
I water when the top inch of soil seems dry. On average I water about every 5 days
I started with a 2', 5 bulb t5, and now using the Mars Hydro 600w LED
18/6 light cycle
6.5 PH water
No nutes
The other quark they have are the branches seem very close together compared with other pics of plants I've seen.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
