Those are all pictures of the sugar leaves. You can’t determine harvest by the trichomes on the sugar leaves. Here’s how I get a decent calyx view: locate a pistil with your scope/magnifier and follow the pistil to where it is coming out of the calyx and look at the trichomes on that calyx. Once they are all milky a then you’re set.
If you want other opinions, I would create a new post with pictures. Include a whole plant picture and pictures of trichomes up close. Old posts don’t get a lot a traffic or responses.
