Never give a plant super thrive unless it's at least a foot tall or more that is some potent shit
As for the a and B if the moms you took the cuts off of are at 300 you can give your newly rooted clones 300 no problem I would cut it in half though before roots
Keep your humidity up high

I give them straight un PHed distilled water, anything else gums up the cloner. As long as you pressure wash and disinfect the cloner and pump with peroxide every few months you get near 100% success rate.
