Need more info on nutrients, pH, feed frequency, lights, etc.

They do look a little yellowish. But it’s hard to say why without more info.

I've not added any nutes, was advised not to add any nutrs for 2/3 weeks, plain tap water left 24hrs (ive added a pic of whats in the Coco),

Was using 10w spot on each just to start, swapped today to my 450w LED, have it on Veg (don't know if I should use full spectrum or Veg setting),

Mixture of Coco and about 20% perlite, I've been watering once a day,

Oh and the PH is about 7, which I know is highish, I thought Coco was 6 Ph, but I suppose the extra nutes already in the coco have pushed it up,

I have ph up and down but I didn't want to add anything so soon, is that correct?

A good soil mix would be coco/fox farms 40% of each and 20% perlite. Like that it'll dry out faster. So you're able to water more often. And keep your light on full spectrum they like that stuff. Also since you're only pushing a 450 you should be safe to go 22" maybe even 20. I was running a very strong 600 at 18" and never had plant burn

Since the coco has nutrients in it already just water with a pH 5.5 - 6.5. I vary my pH each water but keep it between the pH suitable for coco.
