Trellis netting is for support. Rather than have 50 bamboo stakes. The squares are generally larger. Scrog is a training technique to maximize the canopy.

I supercrop if I want to slow upward growth. Personally I would supercop 1/3rd down from the top, about 5-6". I love using nets now. I guess I'm in the trellis category. I got fed up with staking for 8hrs at flip. -15 mins to throw a net. Easy peasy.

I FIMed the highest branches, hopefully the net will Holdem down..

I hear lots of peo0le do this. When you get a runner branch just pinch the top to ice it a bit.
