I know Single Ceed Centre has freebies when you spend over a certain amount (I think it's around $30) and they add in more if you pay with bitcoin. One freebie I know they've given out is gorilla glue

Im thinking where i can buy seeds that are cheap.

I feel that! My advice would be to bite the bullet, get a regular strain (not fem) and make yourself a few hundred seeds for the price of a pack. Easier said than done, but it's an option.
