Pinhole effect and some contrast / color work. Its very hard to scan original lomographic pictures 120mm film at a good quality so they would be pretty shitty to show off in the web. In fact you can do great pictures with a dslr and the right settings that allow a nice lomographic look.

I thought about buying a real lomo cam such as a Diana+ but ended up doing the effect digital since i get approx the same result.

If you have an Iphone, i can give you some app names which create also lomographic effect. Really easy to use and surprisingly great results!
