Help, I Got I Think Root Worms In My Soil Eating At My Seedlings

I got I think root worms in my soil eating at my seedlings and their not going away and my plants are not growing.

I started with coco coir organic soil called Green tree Ithaca blend ever since they have been eating at my seeds and hiding in them and my plant won't grow
