Help Plzzz Bugs

i have 6 plants from a grab bag seeds and am doing a indoor grow I have a small bug problem and have been using neem but not sure if I have the right ratio for it because I'm still having bug problems any recommendations

To be honest Idk what bugs wen I look I don't see any other than what look like ear wigs but I got rid of them but I will go out and check on them in the morning and there will be little holes in the leaves my plants are about 2 months in veg I can post pics tonight if need be

Ear wigs can be a serious problem. They'll chew holes in your leaves. But seriously what's the problem?
