The damage is done...I would keep it going to see what you actually get. I know that one flower has a zillion pollen spores, but that doesn't necessarily translate into nothing but seeds. I have kept some of my oldest and best strains by finding one or two seeds that were overlooked. As long as they don't produce overly hermie plants, I'd stash the seeds away for future reference.
