How 250 And Seedling

Hello! After my previous failure that caused me burn my seedlings first leaves I just want a solid answer about how much distance or lux I have to keep my 250 hps from seedlings!
Oh and something else!
How much time is from seedling stage to the vegetative stage?
My grow room is
Height 1,40cm
Width 60cm
Length 60cm

Start around 3-4 feet away and slowly move it closer. Veg starts when first true leaves appear.

I still have them I move up the bulb but i couldn't save the first leaves. I got the lamp at 2 feet now and its week 2. Is it ok?

Just because a couple leaves got burned dont mean that you failed. Things like that are going to happen. Take it as a learning experience. I think you are worrying a little too much . You will do fine

More important is the temp bro young plants hate high temps let the temp guide you to how high you hang the light make sure you measure the temp at plant hiegt directly under the light ;)
