iphone photo software for HPS

anyone have a good photo app with a setting for tungsten lights?

I have an Android phone rather than iPhone, but on every camera I usually just set the White Balance to indoor or incandescent and they pics come out good ... except that pocket and cell cams often pick up the flicker of lights driven by mag ballasts as gray shaded horizontal lines across the image.
