And just incase you require a Second opinion...yes that's deffo a male.you need to do a bit more reading if u can't tell that's a male.its simple-balls=male, white pistils(looks like wee white hairs)= female.

Yeh... some chicks have a little.. eh.. uh.. d.. ;3 Genetics are what they are..

But in this case.. you got a full blown male unless you can see any pistils growing out of the pods... My advice... Get a jewelers loupe and check its pods for trichomes and if you aren't interested in seeds.. juice it for a healthy snack.
