Is This A Good Size?

Is this a good size for an ebb and flow 2wk seedling? It's under a450w viparspectra led, with just veg light on. And I have recently started adding 1/2 strength nutes. This is my first grow and am curious if size matters right now?

i think it's a bit underdeveloped , but it looks OK ... check on your environment , PH and PPMs if possible and than compare it to the standards. Or maybe everything is OK but since it's your first grow , you probably made some mistakes (all we did..) just check it. and yep.. size matters :)

I have noticed that my seedlings sort of pause sometime between the first single leaflets and second leaf set. I often wonder at this phase cause they seem slow but I think it is because they are working hard to grow roots. I noticed once the roots start really poking out the bottom of the starter plug then they take off.
