So they grow their own? Orrery people will be allowed to grow their own and sell to dispensaries? I'm rather uneducated on the whole IL med laws

Na. Its hella strict. You have to be seriously ill to get a license to purchase.
In this article it said they had a recommended list of 21 growers and 56 dispensary's but a lot were put on hold or denied.
But as you can see by those numbers, legal supply will be extremely limited .
Not to mention the monopoly they gave the guy in mundelien. I think the article said he got 3 grow permits and 1 dispensary. He's going to stock his shelves no problem but what about everyone else?
